1. Agreement and service
These terms govern your use of BotCove, a FiveToClose project at botcove.si. If you do not agree, do not use the service. BotCove is under development; features and availability may change. Some described capabilities may not yet be available.
2. Accounts and verification
Use an email address and any Google account you are authorized to use. Signup requires a confirmation link and a reply to the verification email before access to a workspace. If the steps are not complete within 24 hours of starting signup, the pending account is closed and the email address is permanently blocked from future signup. Do not submit someone else’s email without permission. Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud if you believe your account or credentials are compromised.
3. Your workspace and content
You are responsible for your account, the bots you configure, the content you submit, and the actions you request. You retain your rights in your content and give us permission to store, process, and transmit it as needed to operate the service and carry out your requests. Only provide material you have the right to use. Review outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them.
4. Model providers and costs
Your use of a connected AI provider is also governed by that provider’s terms. You are responsible for the API credentials, permissions, rates, and charges associated with your provider accounts. Cost and token figures are estimates based on available usage and prices entered; they are not a guaranteed spending cap. Providers may change prices, limits, availability, and data practices. We do not guarantee that routing selects the best model or the lowest actual cost for every task.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use BotCove to violate the law or another person’s rights; obtain unauthorized access; distribute malware; commit fraud; harass or threaten others; or interfere with the service. You are responsible for complying with the rules of connected providers. We may restrict access to protect users and the service or address misuse.
6. Pricing and third-party services
Subscription pricing has not been launched. If paid plans become available, their price and billing terms will be presented before purchase. Third-party services and integrations are independent of BotCove; their availability, charges, and policies are outside our control.
7. Ownership and availability
BotCove software, branding, and site content belong to FiveToClose or its licensors. We grant you a limited right to use the service as offered. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law.
8. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI output and third-party services can be incorrect or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, FiveToClose is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
